About Team Malizia

Want to see what we're all about? Check out our Malizians series (Link) . Team Malizia is a close knit international sailing team with 12 nationalities with a mix of men and women consisting of 25-40 members depending on the season. We’re always on the move, with exciting projects like The Ocean Race Europe 2025 coming up, plus many more ambitious plans for the future!

We are looking for someone meticulous, creative and experienced in planning the logistics of an international sailing team. Our team thrives on efficiency, adaptability, and teamwork, and we need someone who can help us optimise our operations while keeping sustainability at the core of our logistics strategy.

Our campaign unites multiple stakeholders such as our seven main-partners (sponsors), NGOs and foundations as well as education and science institutes behind the common goal of climate action (SDG13).

Sustainable logistics play a crucial role in this, so tracking our movements, including our carbon footprint, and considering the most sustainable options will also be part of this role alongside other members in the team.
